Moving Forward: Addressing Concerns About Former Brand Associates

We have been made aware of a potential situation involving former models and contributors associated with Mitchell Royel's faith-based apparel line, Mitch Leyor, and the digital magazine, Elixir by Royel. We wish to clarify the following points:

1. These individuals have no current professional or personal connection to Mitchell Royel (Mitchell Abbott).

2. All services provided were on a voluntary, unpaid basis:

- Models for Mitch Leyor signed standard model release forms.

- In exchange for approximately two hours of their time, models received approved final edits for their portfolios.

- This exchange constitutes the full extent of their relationship with Mitchell Abbott/Mitchell Royel.

3. Magazine contributors to Elixir by Royel provided themed open letters addressed to Mitchell.

- All communication with these contributors was strictly limited to discussions pertaining to their feature.

4. Current status:

- The Elixir by Royel project has concluded.

- Mitch Leyor has been overhauled and recast.

We emphasize that these individuals have no ongoing relationship with Mitchell Abbott and/or Mitchell Royel. Our organization is committed to transparency and will address any further inquiries as appropriate.

We unequivocally condemn discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
