Our New Buddy's First Day on the Job with Mitchell (guest post)
Yo, so our new 18-year-old buddy just kicked off his first day on the job watching over Mitchell, and let me tell ya, it was a ride! We told him to be all stern and serious with Mitchell, but honestly, that little dude was being a total champ.
Mitchell was decked out in the goofiest outfit ever—his oversized t-shirt was hiked up, showing off the waistband of his Pampers, and his shorts were way too small, riding up and letting his diaper peek through. He looked like a little explorer ready for action, and it was hilarious!
We told our man to take off Mitchell's shorts and let him know his Pampers stunk. At first, he hesitated, like, “Dude, really?” But he finally went for it, and as he pulled those shorts off, Mitchell just giggled like it was the funniest thing ever.
After that, Mitchell was running around, being a good boy, having a blast. But then we decided to mess with our new guy a bit and put Mitchell in timeout for no reason. Our buddy had to tell Mitchell he wasn’t getting his Cruiser changed until night-night time, and you could see the confusion on Mitchell’s face.
Then, just for kicks, our man let out a big ol’ fart right in Mitchell’s face! Mitchell burst out laughing, thinking it was the best joke ever.
And just when you thought it couldn’t get any crazier, our new dude decided to shove Mitchell's math work down his Cruiser, telling him he was getting kicked out of math class starting tomorrow. Instead, he was gonna focus on block building and perfecting his pooping game—like a real toddler! He said Mitchell needed to work on his squat and learn how to push that stuff into his Pampers like a champ.
A Lesson in Good Behavior
Mitchell’s day reminds us of some important lessons. Just like it says in Proverbs 22:6, "Train up a child in the way he should go; even when he is old he will not depart from it." Here are five lessons for the kiddos:
5 Lessons for Kids
1. Good Behavior Pays Off: Listening and being kind can lead to awesome surprises.
2. Enjoy Your Treats: Celebrate special moments with delicious goodies like cake and Slurpees!
3. Share the Joy: Sharing your happiness with friends makes it even sweeter.
4. Try New Flavors: Don’t be scared to try different tastes and treats.
5. Stay Positive: A cheerful vibe can lead to more fun times.
It was a wild first day, and our new buddy learned that watching Mitchell is never a dull moment!
